About this event
For those of you attending our Annual Victory Ball Fancy Dress Masquerade and would join us for a pre-ball dinner this year will be a buffet, beginning at 5:30 PM.
Dinner options will include:
CCP House Salad with vinaigrette
Roasted Airline Chicken Breast (light supreme sauce, crispy prosciutto)
Grilled Flank Steak (cabernet au jus), Parmesan Potatoes Au Gratin,
Rice Pilaf, Green Beans, and Roasted Asparagus.
Gluten-free and vegetarian diets can be accommodated upon request.
